Day 30 – Something you love
This couldn’t be simpler so a great recipe if you have limited time! It’s more an assembly job than cooking, but it’s delicious and the stoneware keeps everything moist and tasty
500g fresh gnocchi
350g pack pre-cooked meatballs (swedish style are great)
350g pot of fresh pasta sauce
2 peppers, finely diced
125g ball of mozzarella
Pre-heat the oven to 200c /180 fan / gas 6
Boil the gnocchi for only three to four minutes minutes, they’re cooked when they float on the top of the water.
Place the meatballs, gnocchi, diced peppers and pasta sauce in a deep oven proof dish and stir until everything is coated in the sauce.
Grate or tear the mozzarella over the top of the dish and bung in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is golden on top and the meatballs are hot though.
